- To maintain a history of alerts raised
- To ensure community safety and accountability
Data Visibility
- Users can see their own alerts
- Users can see anonymous alerts raised by others within 2 km
- Only administrators can see identifying information behind alerts
- Identifying data may be shared with law enforcement when legally required
Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored securely in our cloud database
- We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information
Data Retention
- Data is retained for as long as the user maintains an active account
- Users may request deletion at any time
Data Deletion
- Users may update their own information
- Users may request deletion by contacting us
- Administrators can remove user data upon request

- Neighbuz uses Firebase services for authentication, data storage, and notifications
- Firebase may collect device information as part of its normal operation
Tracking
- Neighbuz does not track users across apps or websites
- Neighbuz does not use data for advertising or marketing

- Neighbuz is not intended for children under 13
