  • To maintain a history of alerts raised
  • To ensure community safety and accountability

Data Visibility

  • Users can see their own alerts
  • Users can see anonymous alerts raised by others within 2 km
  • Only administrators can see identifying information behind alerts
  • Identifying data may be shared with law enforcement when legally required

Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored securely in our cloud database
  • We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information

Data Retention

  • Data is retained for as long as the user maintains an active account
  • Users may request deletion at any time

Data Deletion

  • Users may update their own information

  • Administrators can remove user data upon request

Third-Party Services

  • Neighbuz uses Firebase services for authentication, data storage, and notifications
  • Firebase may collect device information as part of its normal operation

Tracking

  • Neighbuz does not track users across apps or websites
  • Neighbuz does not use data for advertising or marketing

Children's Privacy

  • Neighbuz is not intended for children under 13
